Speaker Bios

Steve Forbes is Chairman of Forbes Media, recognized globally as one of the leading names in business information. A regular commentator on television and radio, Mr. Forbes is also the author or co-author of several books about money, taxation, and the economy, including Inflation: What it Is, Why It’s Bad, and How to Fix It.

Mr. Forbes hosts “Steve Forbes on Achievement,” an online educational series presented by izzit.org, the education platform of the Free To Choose Network. He is the executive producer of the new, highly acclaimed documentary “Coolidge: Rediscovering an American President,” appearing on Fox Nation. He helped create the award-winning documentary “In Money We Trust?” produced under the auspices of Maryland Public Television. In 1996 and 2000 Mr. Forbes campaigned vigorously for the Republican nomination for the Presidency. 

Elizabeth Ames is an author and producer who has collaborated with Steve Forbes on several books, including Inflation: What It Is Why It’s Bad and How to Fix It.  She is the creator of the new online series, “Steve Forbes On Achievement,” presented by izzit.org, the education platform of the Free To Choose Network. She is also a writer and co-producer of the award-winning public television documentary “In Money We Trust?” which can be viewed at InMoneyWeTrust.org. Her articles have appeared in FoxNews.com, The Daily Caller, American Spectator, and other outlets.
