Freddie Moross
Founder, Myndstream
Recognized as a disruptive thought leader in the wellness industry after receiving the 2022 Debra Simon Award at the Global Wellness Summit, Freddie is on a mission to unlock the power of music for health and well-being. He believes high-quality audio can be a powerful tool in clinical and therapeutic settings, helping individuals and businesses achieve their wellness goals. This led him to found Myndstream, a leading distribution and services company for music rights in the health and wellness industries.
Myndstream has a strong consumer presence and is a preferred partner to Spotify and Amazon, amongst other major DSPs. Beyond consumers, Myndstream has developed innovative software solutions to cater to a diverse mix of B2B clientele, from independent spas to prestigious hotel chains (Hyatt, Hilton) and significant consumer brands (Kohler Company, Elemis).
Myndstream originated within Cutting Edge Group, a leading expert in music programming and rights management, renowned for soundtracks in blockbusters like Stranger Things, Whiplash and Bridgerton. This allows Myndstream to devise commercially viable distribution strategies and leverage CEG's talented network of programmers to bring the same professionalism and strategy that is now expected and invested in within the Entertainment business into a completely new industry. Mindstream brings its unique spin to these core disciplines by working with world-leading artists, scientists, and wellness practitioners to create multidimensional and sensorial experiences that positively impact health and well-being.
Freddie’s vision for Myndstream is to be at the forefront of music and sound innovation, leveraging cutting-edge science and technology to continuously define what "best-in-class" functional music sounds like and the impact it should have, showcasing the power of audio to elevate the client experience and serve as a powerful brand-building asset. To this end, Freddie has formed relationships with world-leading scientists and major institutions, including the Global Wellness Institute, where he is an advisory board member, to build an evidence base for the power of Myndstream’s music across various high-impact settings.
